McKinsey Leadership Programme
We would like to thank McKinsey for creating this opportunity for schools & Future Foundations too who ran the programme.
Additionally, we would like to congratulate Jennifer Hatherley & Rachel Smyth whose applications were successful. They attended this 2 day course at Wellington College which is a great achievement as there were only 100 places offered to the top students in UK schools. In addition to learning more about leadership skills the students also benefited from career advice including practice in writing CVs and handling tough interviews & in the summer of 2012 all students will be invited back to catch up and share progress as well as having the opportunity to enter a competition for the McKinsey Leadership Award.
